Applying to HEA is a straightforward process. This section provides information to help you understand admission requirements, application steps, and the support available during the process.

Step 1. Submit Your Application

Include all required documents: certified academic transcripts, your Bachelor degree certificate, a current résumé, and references. Documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation.

You may also be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) if you have relevant work or study experience.

Step 2. Application Review

Our Admissions Team will review your application and supporting documents. If needed, we may contact your referees or invite you to an interview.

Step 3. Letter of Offer

If successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer (conditional or unconditional). This will outline program details, fees, policies, and next steps.

To secure your place, you must sign and return the acceptance form and pay the initial deposit within 30 days of receiving the offer.

Step 4. Payment of Fees

Your Letter of Offer will detail fees and payment deadlines.

Step 5. Confirmation of Enrolment (International Students Only)

Once you have accepted your offer and made the required payment, HEA will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). This document allows you to apply for your Student Visa (subclass 500).

Step 6. Prepare for Orientation

About six weeks before classes begin, you will receive your New Student Handbook.

Orientation is compulsory and provides everything you need to get started: setting up systems, meeting your lecturers, touring the campus, and connecting with classmates.
